Campsite Activities
Huttopia Lanmary puts the emphasis firmly on the simple pleasures of getting back to nature. You can have a game of boules, volley ball or ping pong, but the real attraction lies in discovering the forest on foot or by bike. Just ask at reception for a map of the trails. Keen cyclists can take the green lane all the way to Périgueux about 15 km away with its museums, shops and restaurants. After a busy day of sightseeing and forest hiking, take a refreshing dip in the pool.

We stayed in Lanmary as a family of 4 last August, and enjoyed our two weeks there till the very last day! Incredible setting in the middle of the woods, it feels like the rest of the world doesn’t exist. The weather was incredible and everyone was making the most of the swimming pool. But as well as being close to nature there was all the comfort we could have asked for. The food was simple yet nice (try one of their home made pizzas!). I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience camping differently (do not expect crazy activities and karaoke like you would see in other French campsites!).
