Canyoning is a fun and exciting watersports activity whereby you follow a route down a steep river gorge. The scenery is spectacular and with waterfalls, natural swimming pools, jumps and slides, it’s almost as if it was created purely for your enjoyment. Your instructor will take great pleasure in guiding you down whilst making sure you stay safe and have the maximum amount of fun.
Canyoning trips are split into 3 categories – Discovery, Sport and Adventure. Couleur Canyon – Via Ferrata
Get your thrills on a challenging yet fun Via Ferrata course in south-east France with Couleur Canyon.
Scaling metal ladders and securely clipped in to a wire, Via Ferrata is a great introduction to rock climbing or a great way to experience the exposure of big wall climbing without the risk.
From the shady canyons of the Vésubie to the sunny peaks of Mercantour, or from the Nice backcountry to the mythical Verdon Gorge, there’s a Via Ferrata route to suit your group.
A Via Ferrata can be done by anyone over 14 years old in reasonable physical condition and you don’t need any previous experience.
